Water levels on the Tay weren’t far of the great flood of January 1993. There was flooding in lot of parts of Perthshire.

I had a walk into town, had soup in Hinterland d then walked round the river. The North and South Inches were like Lochans!

They even shut the Queen’s bridge as we’re worried about the water levels .
