Sunny Saturday seed heads

It was a beautiful day and I enjoyed a very slow wander around the garden, photographing things, cultivated or otherwise, which are currently flowering, fruiting or seeding. I hadn't done this for a while, and ended up with a huge number of photos which I haven't found time to sort out, edit and collage, so as I'm so behind posting my daily Blips I've chosen just one to deal with. I like the little green pompoms that remain when the petals fall from the Japanese anemones, and these are crisp and clear casting shadows on the white wall of the house.
