Into Town.

Had to pick up a JL item from Waitrose today. It’s one of Emmeline’s birthday present. At least it gave me the opportunity to snap a blip.

Had a bad night, woke up at 4am with my muscles twitching like crazy, I ended up a shaking mess, almost like a panic attack. I’m recording it here as it’s a good way of keeping a record. By coincidence I had a Dr’s telephone appointment today. He wants to see me face to face ( but that can’t be until the 31st) also more bloods. I sent him a video of my leg twitching. He said it’s Fasciculation syndrome, but we need to find the underlying cause, if indeed there is one. Bit scary really.
