Still suffering with the migraine and although I managed Zumba and a walk along the prom this morning I cried off walking group this afternoon and took a nap instead. It was so cold during the night I kept waking up…it’s been a gloriously sunny day though…the heating is on so hopefully I’ll sleep better tonight.
