In fact, it's Brick Row, Stroud. Everything's just gone very dark, in the world in general, some might say. 

Steve gave me a lift to meditation. I thought they was what he was offering, but actually it was a lift half way. I walked the rest, and got a lift back.

It was a long old day in the office on my own (colleague off sick and another is part time) and still concerned for my client in crisis. Meditation helps.
