Ancient Stapler

Ancient may be a bit too strong but it is very old but still functions really well. Marlane had it before I met her so it must be at least 50 years old.
I've ordered a new box of staples for it, they are half an inch long so usually need a bit of a tap with the hammer but they don't come out easily! There are plenty of staple in the box, in the photograph, but they are mostly in small sections. Trouble with that is that if you put a couple of the small bits in together it tends to jam. I think a new £5.00 box of staples isn't bad, that box was probably bought about 30 years ago.
