Fungi

I was wondering where today’s blip was coming from when this fungi caught my attention. Apparently it is a Suillaceae, no idea of its common name or anything about its edibility. It looks rather gruesome.

Had my birthday lunch out with Matthew this morning. Only 11 weeks after the date. To be fair we had an earlier date until I had to change.

Very enjoyable time. A good carvery where I was able to have loads of vegetables and only a little carbs.
