The Canopy

Actually, they are near useless (unless you want to go para-gliding).

A few years back, Fife Council re-vamped the Prom and as part of that, they  replaced the old but functional shelters with these open shelters with only a high canopy.  Of course, the wind can easily blow right through it. Shelter from rain only works on calm days, otherwise the wind drives it through.

I have written down a few clues regarding 'Project A' and will post them with tomorrow's blip - probably about 10pm BST.
