Food, glorious food

Another busy day - oh the life of the retired!!
JP did an interview with a radio station first thing this morning - all about our foodbank. We then got an email from a school trying to contact us about their harvest donations for foodbank so we went across town to pick that up. There was some fresh food so we took it straight to our church where foodbank was happening this morning so it could be used straight away. Took the rest to our hub for distribution to all of our satellites. Then popped to a shop in town who told us they had some spare shoe boxes for us to use for Operation Christmas Child.
Then back to church for a meeting with our youth worker re getting the youngsters involved in OCC.
Picked up lunch in town, then back to the shop to pick up remaining boxes.
Home.

Finally out for a short walk at the marina to finish off our 13000 steps for the day.
