Today we went to Sherborne castle. It’s always lovely to walk round the gardens and the lake there. We then went into the town and visited Sherborne Abbey. It’s a totally stunning building with a magnificent fan vaulted roof. As well as being a building dedicated to the glory of God, it’s fun of fascinating history too. Well worth a visit!
