Bright sunny morning

Grabbed a few tree/leaf colours by the riverside, before heading to the huge retail park at the junction of the M4/M5. Hadn’t been there for about 5 years. But I can see why it appeals to people. All the shops I needed under one roof. In just over two hours I got bedsheets, kitchen lights, a new stick blender in John Lewis, two books in Waterstones, a shirt in Seasalt, vitamins in Boots, a few kitchen things in Lakeland and a cardigan in White Stuff. That was everything on my list. Really convenient. 
Later in the day it rained buckets full - I was lucky that I didn’t need to go out. Film club night with my Orkney friends- we watched The Innocent - a French romcom/heist caper. Very different from our usual thing, enjoyed it. I love listening to French people speaking French:)
