A last huzzah!

This definitely shouldn't be out but this is the last bloom, creeping over a rose which is also still blooming. They might have a shock tonight as temperatures are dropping. The fire is lit. 
It was so clear last night and it may be the same tonight, I shall nip out at around 6.50pm to see if I can see the star link satellites. I saw them purely by chance a few years ago in New Zealand and was gobsmacked and had no idea what I was looking at but it seemed very meaningful.

Christmas cake ingredients bought today and the fruit is now soaking (mostly in orange juice as thinking of the small visitor who incidentally has requested pink icing on the Christmas cake!)

Green jersey on. Far too tense though.
