Council cutbacks

In these times of slashing budgets in council chambers, when they rake about looking for ways to make the lives of us mere mortals ever more difficult, occasionally they inadvertantly do something that actually lightens our lives a little!
Clearly ,the zealot who drives the tractor and flail along our byways, maiming bushes ,and giving a short back and sides to grass,wildflowers and dormice homes, has had to go!
The result is this glorious riot of colour on journeys down back lanes,that delight the eye and make your heart sing !
