Just a day behind now..!

Sunset last night after a much better day, just a couple of brief sprinkles only ~ I'm still in cropped trousers & sandels, though not for much longer I fear, as we could have a frost overnight..!

I am pretty convinced that the cold water immersions have improved my ability to tolerate low temperatures.. now if it could help with thermo control at the the other end of the scale, that would be amazing.. ;-D
