Surprise

I was back in Regents Park today to visit Frieze London and Frieze Masters. If you read The Guardian review you wouldn’t have high hopes for the exhibition but luckily I only saw it afterwards and think it was mean and a little petty. Just my opinion. They were very scathing of Damian Hirst’s flower paintings. I’ve seen a lot of his work over the years and I’ve been pretty ambivalent about it but I loved these. You’ve got my favourite as my blip and another one in the Extras, together with a couple of other exhibits I also thought were excellent. A great day out
