So different from last Sunday.

Looking back up to the 1st tee and 18th green at The Old Course. The Swilcan burn, the R&A Clubhouse, Hamilton Hall, some of the Dunhill tented village and lenticular clouds are all in shot.
What a difference a week makes!
Last Sunday should’ve been the final day of the Alfred Dunhill Championship 2023, and as history records, play on the Saturday and Sunday was halted because of hours of very wet weather, floods etc. The shortened competition finally finished on Monday 9 October. It was dry underfoot late this afternoon, and cold, but we were wrapped up. Our younger son and partner walked over the Course this morning, they had taken a hot coffee with them (good plan!). Our older son and wee family were at North Berwick, (sent us nice photos).

We watched #RWC2023 Quarter Final tonight. Whole range of skills and abilities on display in France v South Africa game in Paris. As good as it gets.The World Champions beat the host nation 29-28.
