Blackford Pond

It was another sunny autumnal day so we walked up to Blackford Pond so I could get a bit of exercise. 

My friend M was doing the Devil's Foot half marathon trail run yesterday.  Two miles from the home she fell downhill and broke her wrist. That must have hurt.  How she finished the race I don't know!  Apart from our shared interest in running we bowl in the same league team. Now 50% of our team has broken arm limbs we might be out for the season.
