Always An Adventure

Our day was cool and overcast. But that didn’t hamper our fun. I made the crew cranberry orange muffins. After breakfast, the men headed outside to pick up walnuts, a job that must be done before cutting the grass. Our BIL took a break and picked more apples for tomorrow’s project. My sister washed laundry and apples and gathered supplies for our afternoon project. I made shrimp salad for lunch. Hubby started a new jigsaw puzzle. Sugar napped wherever her humans were. My sister and I created this cute bookmark as a gift for our neighbor. She reads every day and loves owls. I’m heading to the kitchen to help with dinner as my sister puts together a delicious soup for tomorrow. Life can be fun even when what you do seems like work to others. We want to stay mobile to keep those muscles in shape. The difference is we choose how to spend our day rather than have a “boss” telling us what to do. Hope you can have choices also. Stay safe.
