Portraiture

To the photo society this evening. A terrific talk and presentation by Nigel Wilson, a professional photographer and lecturer, on the subject of portrait photography. So many examples and ideas on the rules and how to break them. The next round of the competition focuses on portraits so we were given loads of ideas.

I was prompted to take a picture of Margaret, a Blipper with a wonderfully quirky style. We all love her photos for their humour and originality.

She was wearing my hat, which seems to work. Thanks for being a good sport, Margaret.
