Motorway Golf

I enjoyed a round of golf this morning with two pals who are dedicated weekly players. It's a beautiful course running in part alongside the M25. My golf was so rubbish I gave up scoring and just concentrated on trying to hit one or two half decent shots. But on the upside the sunshine and colours of the leaves more than compensated. And I only lost one ball and then found another. 

Then we popped in to a local village pub for lunch. We had a nice surprise - it was 50% off food today. That felt like winning the lottery.
