Fruit Cocktail and A Lower Pain Day
Tuesday has been a quietly productive day with plenty pacing. Today’s Blip photo is of my tinned Fruit Cocktail - I’m very easily pleased, I love a tin of this from time to time if I feel like something sweet after my evening meal.
My fatigue has been lower too. I am hoping for a couple of days of lowered pain and fatigue but that rarely happens, it’s very frustrating. I keep my fingers crossed every day and try to remain as hopeful as possible for that miracle.
I got a lot of life admin and smaller things done at home and some fresh air. I bumped into a friend I hadn’t saw for several months and was well wrapped up against the freezing cold and enjoyed the drier day.
I do prefer the lightly frosty weather to the endless rain and damp but make sure I am well bundled up in layers or the cold gets right into my bones and I find it very challenging to defrost.
I hope you all have a wonderful rest of week ahead.
I have been struggling to Blip daily but keep aiming for that when my health allows. I need to catch up with leaving comments, hearts and stars too :)
I haven’t had much time or energy to share the link to my crowdfunding page to replace my broken washing machine so please find the link below.
I’m pushing forward with the appeal process and if my appeal is successful (see details in link), I will divide all of the monies donated between Fibromyalgia Action UK and Asthma and Lung UK in support of those, like myself, affected by either or both of those conditions.
All donations will be very much appreciated. I have managed to raise £50 so far and feeling incredibly grateful:
