Making Progress

John is nearly halfway done with the fall cut back.  It usually takes about 10 hours to do.  Nothing happening this weekend, steady rain will begin this afternoon and last right through Sunday.  We need it.  If we make it to November 1st without a frost, it will be the first time and a sign of the warming planet.  Not a good thing.  Gift#291: rain to fill the wells.
