A bit of rain!

There's a lot of flooding around, not as bad as Scotland I guess but still pretty bad.
Here, where we live, we are on a bit of a rise so we are ok but lots of lakes across the roads.
When I got to the school this morning, with Hendrix and Buddy, there was a small stream running from the school (see extra) and then when we got through the gate I saw the 4 feet deep trenches, around the sport field, were pretty much full.
The boys were soaked from the knees down after jumping around in a large puddle while I was locking the front door, and then Buddy started heading for those trenches at the school. I shouted at him and he stopped, thank goodness! I didn't fancy wading in to drag him out!
