Storm Babet

It has rained all day, sometimes persistent and sometimes torrential. We went to do our weekly shop at Tesco and got soaked between the car and the store.
It's been fairly warm but depressingly dismal and dark.
I am thinking I should be thankful I don't live in Scotland.
My son in Derby said it has been torrential most of the day there.
Done nothing other than the shopping as the weather is not conducive to feeling energetic.
