Work and Play

I was off to Kilmarnock today with the puppet show. The rain stayed off while I loaded my stuff into the building, poured while I was working inside, and turned to beautiful sunshine by the time I went out to load the van. One can't ask more of the weather in June.

Here are my cases piled up in the nursery playground ready to load into the van. I thought the combination made for an interesting picture. Maybe it says something about the work I do: although touring with the theatre can be hard work, I am fortunate to be doing something that involves an element of play.
