Pumpkin

The park this morning was like a muddy skating rink! As the RD said, we'd all get a higher position than usual (due to the lack of numbers) but it definitely wasn't PB weather. He was right.

After that we went to see a house we both, amazingly, liked. Unfortunately neither of us really liked the immediate area. It's somewhere we looked a few years ago and it probably worked then but it wouldn't now.

After that, we came back, and beyond, to meet some friends to watch the England vs SA game. I wasn't confident from the start and it never really got any better so, as much as it was a disappointing result, I'm not surprised. The SAs in the pub were unsurprisingly jubulant.

And now to bed. Just about posting this before pumpkin time.
