Paignton & Dartmouth Steam Railway

Spent the afternoon chuffing up and down the Paignton & Dartmouth railway, which was nice. Not sure the wife was impressed. For reasons I can't fathom, being on a train pulled by a steam engine probably wasn't on her bucket list. Nothing to cross off there then.

But I enjoyed it.

Surprisingly it was a really busy railway as well! Never knew preserved railways were such good business. The train had a good 8 coaches and many of them were quite busy from the looks of it - and we're not quite into the busy season yet.

All in all a nice day. Back to reality tomorrow and heading back to London for the night. Then off to Europe!
