pumpkin

I harvested my one and only home grown pumpkin.  
I've made a curry with which we'll have roasted pumpkin as an accompaniment, and I have made  some soup with the remainder.    

The extra picture is in the graveyard at St Mary the Virgin church at Caterham on the Hill.   Can you spot Elsa?   She was investigating the old military graves.

It's been a beautiful sunny day.  Similar to the weather we had this day 32 years ago.  The day my Mother died.  It's such a long time ago but I remember every moment of that day as if it were yesterday.     
I am concentrating on remembering the happy times and not the sad.
