I only found out about this place the other day.

It is Croydon Colonnade.  Designed by Adam Nathaniel Furman.   He calls it a "porcelain palace for the people".
It is a walkway beneath an office/residential block in Croydon and each of those tiles are handmade, three dimensional porcelain.
