No path

Early walk and very cold but dry. All the standing water in the streets had gone and everything back to normal. Few jobs in the morning and an hour reading. Decided to walk down to the Trent and along the path we often take under the bridge, there was no path as the river was so full it was covering the path completely at one side and the path under the bridge at the the other so different route required.
No rain today but obviously river could get higher.
Only thirty pages left to read so going to finish tonight.
