Notes: Was awake in the 3a hour for awhile, up and down several times. Up then for good ~ 720a, sirens started just after. Headed to pool to swim laps (has been soooo long!) and did 40, felt pretty strong. Got back just after 8a and construction had begun in the unit below (that was vacated July 4th wkend and I learned later had been sold - loud disruptive noises all morning (not happy at all!). Hot shower and kept windows/door open as air was in the low 60s! Got it to cool down to 70 inside for a bit. Made coffee, watched CBS Sun Morning show then walked over to get my mail and key from Eric & Linda. Prepped broccoli to steam and marinated the salmon. Ate around 1245p, had the GF pumpkin muffin from TJs (Greenville) w/ whipped cream and pumpkin spice for dessert. Joe was driving back from a dive and I talked to him around 5p for 44 min. Weird day, on my own schedule but not feeling great about anything.
