Call me Chef....!

Pork tenderloin, marinated in an orange sauce on a bed of mash potatoe with cream cheese topped off with steamed vegetables - yum :-)

Work project is progressing towards its conclusion next Wed - I just hope we finish it on time and get it sent off down under in good order!!!!
