Apple day

A lot of effort went into the day. Some really interesting stalls, some live music and delicious refreshments. In extras you can see the juicing process in action. The apples arrive in bags, they get chopped up in the big yellow machine, then juice extracted in the press - the silver thing on the right of the picture.
