Getting ready for Apple Day

Sadly you can only juice the perfect apples so I collected those ones in a bag, then looked mournfully at the large pile that remained. This is just a small portion. Some of these have been peeled and frozen. Some are becoming a French Apple tart, and some are becoming more cake!
