Monday: Barney’s Bumpers

In the absence of anything more exciting, here’s a picture of Barney’s back bumpers as he makes himself comfortable in the kitchen corridor.  You’d be right to notice that our door is a little grubby - we’ve mentioned it several times but apparently nothing can be done as the plastic sheeting can’t be removed to be cleaned.  

It’s quite difficult living in a house where someone else’s standards are the ones you have to go by as things fall under the ‘too difficult’ category.

On a similar note, I’ve been asking for ages that our new portrait of the King be hung properly as it was far too low.  It has now been raised - by all of one inch.
