Our good friends have spent four years renovating this house in the Boston Edison Historical District in Detroit.  Today they held an open house for friends and neighbors.  I took a bunch of photos to document their accomplishments.  There are way too many to post here but I've added a shot of the living room and the downstairs hallway in the extras. It is a gorgeous labor of love.  They are getting ready to sell it to some lucky family.
