Silver and gold

It's been a dry day.  

On this morning's dog walk encountered a builder, Simon.  He wanted to ask me about having a greyhound as a pet.  In December he's hoping to adopt one.  He'd done some research which is good.  Greyhounds can take a little while adapting to a home life.  Some adopters give up after a week or two.  Dogs aren't like electric toys, they have sensitive natures and need patience, understanding and above all time.  

Took Kyro for an hour walk in sunshine this afternoon.  He was worn out when he arrived back home.  But after half an hour was back to bouncy nature.  He will have trouble adapting to the clock change and mealtimes.
