The Grapes of Wrath!

Feeling incredibly grumpy (and full of mild wrath!) today as my lurgy has progressed despite all my attempts to curb it, including these grapes. They were delicious and went so,e way to lofting my ailing spirits.

I managed some fresh air late afternoon but my pain and fatigue levels remain high and my asthma has got worse as it usually does with any respiratory niggles.

I’m going to try and get a doctor’s appointment tomorrow if I don’t feel any better. I may need antibiotics and/or steroids. I’m on three inhalers for my asthma and they are not managing it as effectively as usual.

I’ve had too many lurgies and chest infections this year. Fingers crossed it passes soon as I’m absolutely drained and ready for 2024 - this has not been one of the better years of my life but I attempt to remain hopeful and grateful.
