I decided to take the long way home this afternoon so I could stop and take some photos of these waterfalls. I am trying to take advantage of the sunny afternoons and get out for awhile after work. You can see part of them from the road, then there is a trail beside the river and you can get closer to them. I went up the trail this afternoon for photos.
This evening, one of the other photo clubs in the province invited the Dartmouth club to join their zoom meeting. They had a speaker talking about motion in photography. It was interesting, he had several good tips. The only thing I like about the zoom meetings, I can use my tablet, then turn my video off and mute the mike, so no one has to know what else I am doing. I need to find out what some of the other photo clubs in the province are doing, some of them seem to have more field trips, which is what I want. Dartmouth does have one planned for this weekend, going to Kentville and area. I plan to join that one, even though I go there on a regular basis. Sunshine and a high of 19 C in the forecast so it should be a nice day.
Only 3 more days of work, then about a week off before we can start raking leaves. I am hoping for some sunshine next week so I can go chasing sunrises and sunsets.
