I managed to go out to lunch with my aunt today. For 2 hours I relaxed and had a lovely time. Just a shame the rest of the day was marred by Dad calling because his knee hurts, the carers calling to say they were getting the doctor, Dad phoning to say he couldn't get to the chemist, me phoning the carers to get his tablets, the carers calling to find out how many to give him and then a final call from Dad to say it's bedtime and his knee still hurts.

I hope tomorrow is better!
