Feel that sunshine!

It has been a lovely day today.. not too cold and sunny for the  most part. 
Not much doing today but I had invited a neighbour in for supper as I hadn't seen her in ages and we had a lovely kitchen supper together. I made a chicken pie filling and experimented with making gf puff pastry. It tasted delicious but didn't really 'puff' i may have rolled it too thin so will try again another time.  We had some of those delicious roast quince.. still delicious. I need to find more quince now!
