Glistening

A working day today so I’ve been inside at my desk. It’s been wet again, torrential downpours causing the road to flood temporarily. After work I put on my waterproof top and trousers and went for it! I walked down to the mill stream where it was peaceful, just the sound of birds and the water, and the glistening vegetation.
