Dibaba fan

For some reason Olivia couldn't get to sleep last night so she asked if she could join me. I was watching the IAAF Diamond League athletics in Oslo and thought she'd get bored pretty quickly...I was wrong.
Her memory astounds me at times and she could remember a lot of the events and names from being bombarded with Olympic stuff last year - especially Usain Bolt.
However, what really surprised me was how much she took to Tirunesh Dibaba, the 2008 double Olympic 5000 and 10,000m Beijing champion and 2012 Olympic 10,000m London champion and owner of other amazing titles and world records. She was cheering for her and shouting out 'come on Dibaba!' whilst giving a commentary on the other runners and eating a waffle at the same time. Unfortunately Dibaba didn't win which meant she didn't get the beautiful bouquet of flowers at the end, which Olivia was very impressed with. After a few seconds of silence (this is rare) Olivia reflected that she's quite happy to get a banana and a drink of water at the end of a race, even if she comes last!

Unfortunately Usain Bolt's race was on too late for Olivia so I'm expecting a load of questions about it in the morning.
