There's clean, and then there's... CLEAN!

Came across this car today. To say it was in perfect condition would be doing it a disservice.
It had "Collector" plates, meaning that it was either: 
1) Older than 25 years, 
2) A limited production run car, 
3) Discontinued model.
I think we can eliminate 1) and 3), everything looks brand new.
A kit car perhaps.There's a wider view in the extra.
The cleanliness of the engine was what struck me. Perhaps there's a special coating that helps keep it looking like this.

A high of only 10deg today but there was warmth in the sun out of the wind. Oh, and I didn't see a cloud.


Ah well...
