Dunster Castle

After a circular wander around the gardens and exploring the stream fed mill we popped into The Camellia House Tea Room as a warm beverage and cake became essential again:(
The castle interior is really educational with lots of fascinating and beautiful items of furniture and artwork, well worth a visit.
Next up we tramped around the grounds for 4 miles including slithering up and down some muddy rolling woodland paths.
A single sweet chestnut tree had shed some good sized edible nuts, my hat became a useful container for transporting them back to the car where a picnic was enjoyed.
