My lovely friend…

… We’re on ‘dog duty’ for a few hours today.
We have known this beautiful girl since she was puppy. We made a big fuss of her then and she makes a big fuss of us now.
That’s the good news.

The slightly less good news is that our hot water is… not…! We can’t find the problem (yet). Cold showers tomorrow then.
(It brings focus to how lucky we are to have running water at all. Is there a bigger luxury?).
