Quarter past five...

...three quarters past sunset. It gets dark quite early after turning the clocks. Even though there's clear sky here, there wasn't much sunshine and the cowshed stayed colder, at +3.5...+4°C.

We are leaving for a holiday tomorrow, leaving Jussi in charge of snow ploughing. When I booked the flights, I thought the risk that there would be any snow at this time was quite small. A risk anyway, and now it looks like it's turning into reality, with 20-30 centimetres of snow in the next two days. I'm sure Jussi can handle it, but having to go to school, it's going to be tough.
