Coffee/Tea and  a yummy cinnamon swirl at The Bearded Baker this morning with L.  Again a hard night trying to get to sleep, so got up only 15mins before I needed to leave. 

Back. home and waited in for thenhandyman. He was clueless; he had never reroped a pulley so I had to pull up a video and talk him through it. I then realised I could have done it myself! I always doubt myself. But....he only wanted a cup of coffee as payment!
