Halloween at Gronataing
A cold day, but packed full of sunshine. There has been showers, I've avoided them. Calm and clear tonight.
Up early, headed out walkies and popped by Madeline's for a cuppa. Me and Sammy headed out west to look for Halloween scarecrows, didn't find any this year. Nipped into Lerwick in the afternoon, then down to Laura's for a cuppa. Working in the shop this evening, a busy night and had a few Halloween guizers in. Early to bed.
Since we were out west, we went for a walk and enjoyed the fine day. Plan A was the scarecrows, plan B was to find an abandoned haunted house. I don't know the history of this house, probably not haunted, but can't be very old. Mass concrete build, probably from the early 20th century. Even though I was loving the fine clear day, it wasn't helpful trying to add atmosphere to my photo. Taken at Gronataing, Whiteness, Waas (Walls).
