Little lion

She is a very happy little dog when she is off the lead and even happier when she has a stick! See extra! We walked down through town this morning walking past the Lord Mayors parlour where they have hung a net covered with hundreds of poppies! The first extra is a photo of an event I attended last night. We went to a master class by darcy bussell who was taking the principal ballerina through the role of aurora in sleeping beauty. It was fascinating to watch how she guided, corrected, and encouraged and it will be even more fascinating to hopefully see the performance next spring when Birmingham Royal Ballet come to the theatre royal.
